The Workshops
Malavika Sarukkai has held a number of national and international workshops and lecture performances for dance students, groups wanting a deeper understanding of the arts and the general public. Her workshops are designed to stimulate and inspire the uninitiated and also to deepen the awareness of the enthusiasts of dance.
Her workshops and lecture performances have been well received across the world. These include: Rietberg Museum, Zurich; UCLA, California; Long Island University, NY; Association Sargam and Akademi, London; International Centre for Ethnic Studies, Srilanka; Asia Society, Ruben Museum, New York; Devi Foundation, Delhi; CSVS Museum, NCPA, Mumbai , SPIC MACAY in India and abroad.
